**REQUIRES_REVIEW marks a part of a task that no contract can check. The confirmation screen states it before the run. Provely never drops a part of a task in silence, and no verdict covers a marked part.**

Example: "email the customer" when the task names no address. The compiler cannot resolve one address, so it marks the step and asks you to confirm it.
